[無法分類] 研究顯示瑜珈 (yoga) 可能降低心血管疾病發生率、控制血壓,甚至增加好的膽固醇喔!

身旁一定有朋友有瑜珈 (yoga) 的習慣吧!現在研究告訴我們:"這是個好習慣 "

根據非常龜毛,不,是嚴謹的考科藍系統性綜論 (Cochrane systematic review),11項隨機分派研究 (800位受試者),比較常規瑜珈與沒有常規瑜珈或運動的受試者,對一些與心血管疾病風險有關指標 (血壓、血脂肪等) 的影響~





結果發現,常規瑜珈可以降低血壓 (舒張壓) 約2.9 mmHg (95% CI 1.28-4.52 mmHg)

還可以降低三酸甘油酯約24 mg/dL增加好的膽固醇約3 mg/dL

雖然幅度並不大,但yoga過程中得到的快樂與放鬆,是這些數字測量不到的!
